Megu Sushi is a featured restaurant in SJ Hot Chef's South Jersey Farm to Fork Week. The four course dinner will be prepared by Chef Steve Lin and includes fresh South Jersey produce and other ingredients. We've provided the menu below. We hope to see you there!

First Course (choose one)
Jersey Vegetable & Clam Soup
Atlantic Tuna Salad- Seared very thin sliced tuna with baby arugula/ mango/ jersey tomato caper sauce.
Second Course (choose one)
Panko Crusted Oyster- serve with tonkatsu sauce.
Spicy Squid – sautéed with spicy sauce..
Usuzukuri- very thin sliced fluke w. fish egg and scallion serve ponzu sauce
New Style Sea Trout- touch with hot olive oil serve with yuzu soy sauce.
Third Course (Choose one)
Crispy Soft Shell Crab- sauteed with bell pepper and onion.
Pan Sear Hawaiian Butter Fish (sashimi grade)-serve with teriyaki sauce,
Presented sautéed jersey asparagus.
Steven Sashimi Roll (no Rice)- Spicy tuna/ asparagus/ yellowtail inside, wrapped with soy bean paper, outside topped with salmon/ eel/ avocado/tobiko/ crunch and spicy sauce.
Chef Steven Sushi & Sashimi Platter- Daily special sushi and sashimi,

Fourth Course
Hazelnut Gelato topping with fried banana and jersey blueberry.
